Important Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-in procedures

The check-in is to be done at our Tavira Office, whereby a Checkingin List Form is to be filled and signed. Copies of all travellers identification documents (passaport or IDs) are requested. At the same time the Damage Deposit of 300€ is to be paid in cash, which will be refunded if no damages to the property has occurred after WESTPALMS check-out control has taken place. Afterwards, you will be guided by WESTPALMS agents to the property you have booked.


Check-ins are scheduled to be at 15.00 hours. We,ask you kindly always to keep us informed of your exact arrival time to enable smooth checkin procedures.


Check-out procedures

The Check-out is to be done at your booked property latest at 10.00 hours. Arising questions regarding late flight departures involving i.e. later departures, can always be solved if you inform us. Otherwise will the scheduled check-out time strictly followed by WESTPALM. By each delayed check-out hour after 10.00 hours, WESTPALM will charge 50€/delayed hour.


Besides the control of the overall kept standards of the property, special attention will be taken to your utilities comsumption, as metric readings are taken before and after your stay at your presence.


It is of utmost importance that already by filling in the Checking-in List you decide the exact check-out time so our agents are prepared.
